The Weave’s rooftop residents club

The rooftop residents club at The Weave has been designed as a versatile space on the 20th floor.

Unlike many residential developments that place amenities at the podium level, these were deliberately positioned on the rooftop to give residents elevated views and enhanced privacy. The podium level instead features a garden, offering the ear-facing apartments more serene, landscaped views.

The rooftop includes a swimming pool overlooking the city skyline through draped greenery at the building’s edge, a wellness corner with jacuzzi, ice bath and sauna offering both hot and cold therapy, a gym and yoga studio, a barbecue station with seating area, a private cinema room for screening and a social lounge for co-working or private gatherings.

Materials have been carefully selected throughout the space, focusing on durability while concealing back-of-house facilities to ensure minimum disruption of resident experience.

The result is a rooftop that is a purposeful extension of the residences in a beautiful setting, designed to offer functionality, convenience and serenity, in a vertical community.
